“Excellent service, one of the delivery packages was missing but a most helpful young lady on the phone checked and on investigation explained that the full delivery could not be made due to weight restrictions and that the missing delivery would soon follow. It did! The next day! Well done Phairs, a very professional company. I will return. Richard Weston.”

“I have never ordered from you before, thankfully I received the electric blanket I ordered yesterday. The mail has been all over the place but luckily my parcel arrived as you said it would. I am very grateful as it is a Christmas present for my sister and I am sure she will be delighted, especially with the weather turning so cold!!”
