“After placing this order, I expected to receive a confirmation of my order and details of delivery. Instead it’s been over a week and still have NO information regarding my order - not even a confirmation or acknowledgment of my purchase. The website says delivery is within 3-5 days but this has not been received. I’ve bought electric blankets for Christmas and the cold winter nights. Would really appreciate if this can be confirmed for delivery and/or refunded.”
