“Not used yet, but will do before month end. Dpd delivery not great. Delayed because notwithstanding a correct address label the parcel went to cumbernauld glasgow, wrong end of the country. Great price on item hence the order. Unlikely to go wrong with westland products”

“I ordered this item and was given a delivery date, I had an email informing me of the delivery date but I had no tracking details. I contacted this company after the delivery date, informing me that the item was not delivered, their excuse was "it has got lost", they will send another item out with a delivery date. and I had tracking information, this tracking information of HERMES, informed me they had received the item, but the delivery date passed, and I contacted them again and this time, they were out of stock, where did the items go, they supposedly sent twice they said the items were out of stock.”
