"The problem with my plumbing proved to be more complex than either the plumbers or I expected. They patiently explained each step of the way and despite some setbacks (mainly due to the complexity of the plumbing in what is an old building), they finally managed to solve the problem and now everything seems fine. The job took somewhat longer than I anticipated but I can understand the reasons for this. Both plumbers were friendly yet professional at the same time."
