“Excellent, friendly service. I woke up to no electricity & called to book a technician. Very friendly reception staff. The lady put my request through as urgent. I had an electrician with me within the hour. He identified the problem, explained it to me, rectified it & tested all my electrics before he left. Very reasonable pricing too. I definitely recommend this company & plan to book a plumber through them next week.”

“I was quoted £800 labour (plus vat) to fix up 2 outside wall lights. Apparently this is because the whole working day had been allocated ‘in case the job over ran’. Disgusting and appalling that they have the cheek to do this - I wonder how many people fall for this trick (I had to pester them for a full breakdown of the quote which was absolutely eye watering). DONT USE”

He was clear with what was required, explained all the work and carried it out to a high standard. The whole thing was smooth, easy and very reasonably priced.”

“Didn't turn up with materials to carry out the job, as agreed in advance, tradesperson milked the job to try to increase the invoice and then did more work than was agreed in the job spec without agreeing it with me directly, which they then invoiced. Really unprofessional and wouldn't recommend.”
