“It was so nice to be able to discuss my insurance needs with a real person - Joseph was amazing- and feel confident that the insurance was perfect for my needs. It also helped that I got a really good deal and could make choices with regard to what I did and did not want to include in my policy. Will definitely be using Peter Best again”

“Very easy to buy insurance, very helpful staff whilst setting it all up. Decent prices. Hopeless however when trying to set up agreed value. Sent photos several times by e mail and their own online form, and had to check myself if they'd arrived each time, or in a format they could see? No feedback contact. I have had to chase it constantly. Finally winkled out the fact that some of my pictures were not at acceptable angles, but would never have known if I hadn't enquired again.”

“Some concern to begin with as it looked like I was being charged an extra £50 for an admin change. However the online operative found a way to refund that charge. So top marks to him!”

“We were having issues with our previous insurer who had not brought forward a claim from the previous year and as we had paid for it the revised premium was doubled. The colleague we spoke to was excellent and tried different options with our voluntary excess without much luck. Then he suggested that we up the voluntary excess and including the one of premium to cover this excess the overall price was what we had expected. Thank you for going above and beyond the customer service we expected. This is our first year with you but it won’t be the last.”
