“Great service, answered the phone in 4 rings, english chap happy to help. Worlds apart from trying to contact my car insurer, automated, cut off 3 times, etc Thanks”

“disappointed that you quoted twice the previous year fee for Morris Traveller with no reasonable explanation, IMO the chat person couldn't be bothered. No offer of a group discount where I insure up to 5 cars and a motorcycle each year - note 2 day cars and 3 classics. Happy to take nearest fee plus your broker fee springs to mind. Managed to secure a group discount from April and a £70 saving on your quote for traveller this time round”

“They sell insurance. The process was pretty straight forward. Had call and waste 20 mins to get my card details removed from thier systems where as a check box to do this on the website could have done the job. Then i would rate it with 5 stars.”

“Good helpful people. Tracker is fiddly and might be costly. Cover is good price but what will they be like if called upon? Watch out for updates!”
