“I have been with Peter Best for many years and can recommend them. I recently had an issue and the person I spoke to was very helpful, but couldn't resolve it and put me in contact with a manager who was extremely helpful and got things resolved very quickly.”

“I have used Peter best for at least 20 years now . Currently have 3 classic cars insured . I like to speak to a real person , especially concerning classics / agreed values . Have always found the staff friendly , helpful and accommodating . No sales pressure or rushing . This year I did look at alternative brokers after a recommendation , however one large company , the guy was extremely pushy and rushing through the quote, which incidentally was no better given the cover than Peter Best . Obviously , I will be staying put !! Best regards , Ian”

“An uncomplicated and efficient renewal of my car insurance. Concise and clear information provided on the Statement when I was invited to renew with a clear breakdown of cost components. A minor administration query I had was promptly resolved by a friendly and helpful member of the PBIS team. Maintaining my premium unchanged was much appreciated. Good service, human interaction (as opposed to AI) and not automatic large increases in premiums with no real explanation as is the case with several other bigger and more advertised companies.”
