“PBIS has good customer service. Telephone customer service contacts answer very quickly and are very helpful customer service staff. The only bad side is that they (C/Service) take my credit card details, including the security 3-digit PIN number, over the phone, instead of using a phone keypad, as a secure transaction. I would like the particular card charging services to be done by allowing customers to use the phone keypad, as a secure transaction.”

“The staff are so polite, nothing is to much to do. The bad point i think is i insurned my car two weeks later sold that car, told them i had sold car. four weeks later bought another old car, rang to get insurance they told me the price of insurance, paid it then said what about the money i paid for before with the other car was told i had lost that, realy surprized, probly will not renew next year them. Bad decision.”
