“Seamus and his team have been extremely helpful and successful in getting rid of various pest issues that we have encountered within the properties we manage. “We had a very tricky situation - a rat was dead inside the back of our cooker. The cooker suppliers declined to help us, even though the cooker was new, and Rentokil were not interested. When your company agreed to help us, we were very thankful - after taking tha back off the cooker, your representative efficiently, courteously removed the culprit ( with some difficulty, as it was firmly wedged in a small space). It was shocking to see the damage, but he re-assured us of the unlikely presence of more rodents around. He checked outside and couldn't see any evidence of further contamination, and offered to return if we found any other signs. We were appalled by the whole experience, and the confidence and re-assurance the he showed us, and the patient execution of the job was very commendable - we wouldn't hesitate to use your company again - but hopefully won't have to! We even managed to have a joke about the extraordinary situation.”
