“We were very pleased with the service provided.Within 24 hours,lmram had isolated the problem,baited the region and explained the followup procedure.He was extremely pleasant and answered all our questions.Although quite expensive,we realized we were paying for professional expertise and should we need this company again,will employ them again.Excellent.”

“David came to my house and carried out a review and then proceeded to put down the items to control the mice. David was very polite, efficient and very knoledgeable in carrying out what he needed to do. excellent service and should i have a problem with pests in the future, i will certainly contact David again.”

“From the first point of call and listening to my concerns and to the first visit, every thing was prompt & explained.... On the visits, Seamus arrived in a normal van with no advertising which I thought protected our privacy as to what his visits were to us. A plan was put in place and fully explained on what would be involved and how many visits and costs. The visits were planned around our availability and times so that helped our busy lives. We had to have a bit more deterrent put in place after the initial plan had been tried but I felt the advice and cost was most acceptable... So far so good 👍 but knowing they are still there for any follow up is so reassuring. Thank you Seamus.... LRM”

“Fantastic service: from initial email enquiry to Jamie arriving at front door was a matter of a day or two. Jamie himself very professional, helpful, & friendly. Sorted out my rat problem in one visit, Jamie came back after two weeks to check progress, then removed all traces of his visit. Will be calling him again if / when the rats return.”

“We got an excellent service that helped us moving to the next step with the landlord without paying hundreds of pounds. The only downside side was that their phone was not working well and the communication was cut off several times during the conversation and made it difficult but managed to make the appointment. Please fix your phone!”
