“Seamus investigated possible rodent presence in a shop with a flat above which I rent to tenants. He was very polite, thorough and explained his findings. He confirmed no rodent presence and produced a detailed report as documentary proof, as an adjoining property had a positive rodent presence. I highly recommend his services.
