When I ordered the product I needed it for the following day. I was told 95% chance it would arrive. It did not arrive the next day, despite receiving messages from FedEx saying it was due for delivery before 6pm that day. At 03.43 the following day I received a message from FedEx to say my shipment may be impacted!! I did not use the product. It arrived too late.

Our standard delivery is 1-3 working days, and while most parcels do arrive next day, we can’t always guarantee this as it depends on the courier once the goods have left our warehouse. Hi Ben, Thanks for your review - we're sorry to hear your order hasn't reached you yet. We dispatched your parcel with FedEx on Thursday 17th, and their tracking shows they attempted delivery on both Friday 18th and Tuesday 22nd. According to their latest update, another delivery attempt is due today (Friday 25th) before 6.00pm. Membrane would not attach to hollow block wall due to plugs supplied in the pack. Permagard would not provide a solution or accept return so used tanking slurry instead.

Having made my first ever order with yourselves on the 17th of march and after paying postage for a 1-3 day delivery it is now the 25 of march and i am still waiting for that delivery.

Unfortunately, we have had a spate of issues recently that have led us to review the current packaging of the specific product with the courier. Unfortunately I was in hospital when the unit arrived and did not come out until Christmas Eve and therefore the unit was not able to be fitted until yesterday. But I fear it is faulty and not working so I have to return it to Permagard. This is unfortunate because I have purchased several items from Permagard and they have all been totally satisfactory except for this item.

Very disappointed. It took me a week to get the product I wanted. First they sent the wrong membrane. Whether they mixed it up or sent a cheaper one on purpose hoping I wouldn't see a difference in the product, I don't know. But I think it's more likely they were trying to scam me. In the second parcel they didn't put the connecting tape. Also, when replacing it, I indicated that the delivery should be after 3 in the afternoon since I wouldn't be home before. But after 3 came only to pick up the wrong item. And they wrote on the delivery that it would be between 11 and 12. Had to cancel the delivery and reschedule it for Monday, as only on Monday will I be able to pick up the item in the morning. The replacement membrane was delivered today with damage.Very unpleasant experience buying from this shop. I paid a lot of money and received terrible service. I will never buy anything here again. And I wish you either improve the service to a normal state, or don't spoil people's nerves and waste their time and just close down.

They didn't tape up the delivery boxes so when the courier delivered the first box the tanking slurry bucket fell out, broke and covered my sandstone steps with slurry.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your experience. Unfortunately as most of our products are classified as chemicals it means that our delivery is limited to mainland only. We can however deliver to a forwarding address in future if this is a good alternative. The Permagard team

I live in London and I placed an order on 20th October and 8 days later and I’m still waiting for delivery. They have sent an email about the order which is very confusing. It’s state my order is ready for collection but yet he has a shipping address. Which is it. Ready for collection or is it being delivered?

Hi Imran Thanks for your feedback. For your recent order, in-store collection was selected as the delivery option - this is for customers wanting to collect from our Avonmouth depot. We understand that you do not want to collect from our Avonmouth/Bristol depot and that you want your item delivered to you. Very disappointed- spent ages preparing interior sandstone wall of outbuildings which had been painted previously with ordinary masonry paint. Over the years it had flaked and blown in places due to damp(no damp course). Stripped it back and have had dehumidifier running for months. 2 coats of Permaguard and damp stain comes straight through ?? Thought it would seal this so I could overpaint again - unfortunately not. Any suggestions??
