“I ordered Facade cream, but it was out of stock. Most places would send an e-mail saying "We'll send it when we get it" but Permagard phoned me, same afternoon, and left a message saying "Out of stock for a few days, but phone office, as we have alternatives." I did this and they offered me same product - different brand - at matching price and immediate delivery (which I needed as I had scaffolding up). Arrived next day. Product seems good. Packaging was very environmentally friendly, with soluble, compostable nuggets to keep it all safe. I will need to wait to see how well the product protects but reviews suggests well.”

“Great service! Wasn't 100% sure what I needed or how to prep my floor but after a few emails I knew exactly what I needed and how to sort it all! Very informative, helpful and quick to respond, would recommend to anyone needing a DPM but not wanting to dig up their floor to do it!”

“Product arrived on time and as per what was ordered, the only downside is having spent nearly £900.00 on goods I felt the £31.00 delivery charge was a bit steep”

Hi Shaun, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that you felt the delivery charge was too high, unfortunately at this time the prices we charge for delivery reflect what we are charged by our courier. We are constantly working with our courier to try and reduce these prices for our customers. The Permagard Team
