“Bought 1 tube of Permagard to stop rising damp into bricks sealing a blocked off fireplace. Service and delivery were very good and the product appears to be working. The only grouse I have is that £8 delivery charge for 1 or even 2 tubes is very steep.”

“Delivered to a neighbour without my knowledge even though I had taken a day off work to take delivery of numerous items, yours was the only one that wasn't delivered to me, your carrier didn't attend my home it leave a card to confirm where the parcel had been left, if it wasn't for the kindness of my neighbour I wouldn't have known it had been delivered albeit to the wrong address, a phone call to explain would be good.”

Unfortunately if the consignment has been delivered we don't hear again from the courier so on this occasion we assumed all was ok. “very fast delivery and good quality product,, I have been on your web site and read the installation information but if possible could you let me know how deep do you drill into the mortar to insert the keico c cream is it all the way into the cavity or half way into the mortar.. yours Steve..”

Hi Steve. Thanks for your question. Kiesol C should be installed into 12mm diameter holes drilled into the mortar joint at approximately 120mm centres. We suggest you drill a pilot hole into the mortar joint to see how deep it is. On average it will be approx. 110mm however this can vary. Once you know your mortar joint depth simply subtract 20mm and that will give you your drill depth, approximately 90mm.
