“Ordered a number of items from Permagard. All arrived very quickly. Unfortunately some of the items were damaged - possibly csused in-transit. With a call to Permagard, plus a photo of the damaged goods, the items were replaced without quibble and the replacements arrived, super well packed, the very next day. So impressed with their customer care.”

“The delivery service was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, one tub had leaked, but your response to this was excellent, with a replacement tub arriving the next day; that is really first class. Unfortunately, because of the very damp weather we are having just now, I cannot critique the product yet.”

“Found through some detailed web research, and it seemed they offered a good blend of technical support, quality product and good price. I was not disappointed with my first order which was delivered quickly. Had a small issue with tie length (down to my own measurement failings!) but Permagard were more than helpful in supplying some longer ties and allowing me to return those too short. Excellent and helpful service both through the website and on the telephone - would definitely recommend!”

“Ordered a Remmers funcosil pot. When it didn’t arrive by the allotted time I phoned Permaguard’s Bristol depot who were bemused as they had despatched it. After speaking to their couriers they despatched the order again with express delivery. Arrived a day later. Cannot fault their service and customer relations.”
