“Friendly and efficient advice on product. Once ordered my Facade Cream paint was with me the following day. Cannot comment on the long term efficacy of the paint yet but it was easy to use and covered my stone wall well.”

Hi David Thank you for the 5 Star review which we really appreciate! We just wanted to reassure you that our packaging is fully recyclable. Our boxes are manufactured with a minimum of 80% recycled card board and are 100% recyclable when you are finished with it. The white packaging peanuts are fully biodegradable meaning they can be sent to landfill or even put in the compost and will decompose quickly. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We always strive to provide the best possible service and in this case your original order had already left us on a next day delivery when you were looking to order more products. At this point we would always require the additional carriage fee as this is now a separate order.
