“Again had to ask for a proper pdf invoice. Everyone else says thank you for your order and encloses a PDF. The delivery I know isn't your fault however you should be aware. I said leave items next to the grey box on my driveway I will take responsibility. However my instructions were ignored they throw the items over my gate. My dog then destroyed the box and a bag of plugs. Fortunately there was no more damage.”

Regarding PDF invoices, we’ve looked into this previously but found it can unfortunately lead to deliverability issues - that said, it’s something we continue to keep under review. “Deliveried on time and on date expect so great there but did put in a call to the Avonmouth Branch to ask a questions and was told some one would call me back the next day to help as this was important but never recieved the call so that was very disappointing but generally happy with everything else.”

“The website was very easy to use with all of the information I needed along with a few useful videos in places. I placed the order with pallet shipping and was surprised when it turned up only a couple of days later, all very neatly wrapped. I'm half way through my project but the product is superb so far.
