“I order a Epoxy Damp Proof membrane 2.5 kg when I opened the sealed bag the two separate compartments one had burst with the epoxy resin everywhere which then made it very difficult to mix and all so the safety aspect as well , so not very happy really.”

Hello Mr Mannix, We are sorry to learn that you had a leak in the epoxy bag. We would always advise that you contact us so that we can replace any damages before you install the product. Although courier damages are extremely rare, it does happen on the odd occasion but we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Regards The Permagard Team

“Thank you permagard the universal wood treatment wasdelivered very quickly and was so easy to apply with a low pressure spay canister it dried really quickly and any over spray did not leave any unsightly marks I have a bad chest and the low odour of this product was extremely good too me”

“As this was a small job it was very useful to have a small 1 litre size rather than the 5 litres which is all the other suppliers provide. Delivery was overnight for a very reasonable cost and the instructions comprehensive and easy to follow.”
