“There was a delay with the arrival of my goods by around 1 week. This was not permagards fault the lady who I spoke to regarding this issue was very helpful, friendly and professional.Hats of to Permaguard for excellent customer service.I would have given very good score but for the delivery company”

“The product 10sq meter plastic membrain for walls I bought from Permagard has been well thought of when designed and produced although have not used it yet but I'm sure it solve the damp problems on the internal walls of my property.”

“Product shipped on time & certainly meets the criteria. However, although it says the second coat should go on between 8 - 48 hrs, the floor was still tacky after 30 hours so a second coat couldn't be applied as quickly as indicated on the tin.”

“Ordered three cans of wood preserver. Arrived very quickly. Not the company’s fault, but couriers had obviously dropped the box and it was marked as damaged. Cans inside we’re badly buckled and one was leaking very slightly. Didn’t need to contact the company as only very small amount of product had leaked out. Package was marked as Fragile and was well packed with foam.”
