“I ordered Facade cream, but it was out of stock. Most places would send an e-mail saying "We'll send it when we get it" but Permagard phoned me, same afternoon, and left a message saying "Out of stock for a few days, but phone office, as we have alternatives." I did this and they offered me same product - different brand - at matching price and immediate delivery (which I needed as I had scaffolding up). Arrived next day. Product seems good. Packaging was very environmentally friendly, with soluble, compostable nuggets to keep it all safe. I will need to wait to see how well the product protects but reviews suggests well.”

“Great service! Wasn't 100% sure what I needed or how to prep my floor but after a few emails I knew exactly what I needed and how to sort it all! Very informative, helpful and quick to respond, would recommend to anyone needing a DPM but not wanting to dig up their floor to do it!”

“Product arrived on time and as per what was ordered, the only downside is having spent nearly £900.00 on goods I felt the £31.00 delivery charge was a bit steep”

“I called for some technical advice before I purchased Lignum Biocide Masonry. The tech team were knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions fully. They went further and discussed other measures I could take and other things to check to treat the problem, such as air brick airflow under the suspended timber floor, adequate DPM, replacing joists etc. There was no pressure to buy any products. I did buy the product. It was very easy to apply. The 1 litre can was diluted 1:24 so went a huge way. There was an odour close up whilst applying it but it wasn't too bad when wearing the correct PPE, the odour was hardly noticeable in the rest of the room & not at all through the rest of the house. It quickly disappeared. We followed the wet on wet triple application advice and gave the room plenty of ventilation as recommended.”
