“The 5 litre can of wood treatment arrived damaged. It was so crumpled on the bottom corner of the tin that it could barely stand up. Luckily, it did not leak in transit. However, a very helpful and apologetic lady from Permaguard offered to compensate for this, to which I agreed, so it ended happily. I would nonetheless counsel Permaguard to improve its packaging to prevent this from happening again.”
