“I spoke to Steve and he assured me that the product I purchased would be ideal for the work I was doing. The product arrived, well packaged and quickly. I cannot comment on the product yet as I haven't been able to use it due to adverse weather. Hopefully, fingers crossed that the product functions as well as advertised.”

“This product is exceptional, I applied this to my 18th century cottage and it helps to bead and repel heavy rain away. I ran out of the product and you can clearly see where the Permagard hasn't been applied, the rain just soaks into the stonework and lime mortar. Would strongly recommend this product to anybody who wishes to prevent moisture ingress on a wall of their house. Product delivered very quickly.”

“I have used Permagard products quite a few times and found them to be far superior to what you can buy say from your local merchants. They deliver very quickly but I would say a bit more communication would be helpful. Ie, delivery date and time.”

“After doing some research I chose Permaseal as the most suitable product for the fact it is breathable which is ideal for my solid Victorian walls. It is an excellent product and easy to use. A couple of things to note that I learnt, do not mix in the bucket it comes in, find a plastic storage box or similar and be warned once mixed it is very heavy to carry so make sure there is someone with you. Would definately use this product again and recommend.”

“I bought two permaguard products (Tanking Slurry and Fillet Seal). After I had placed my order I realised that I had ordered too much Tanking Slurry so I rang up and asked to cancel one tub of tanking Slurry. The woman I spke to was very helpful and polite and said she would check if the order had been collected by the courier and ring me back. She rang me back within ten minutes and confirmed the cancellation, thus saving me forty odd quid. I thought that was very professional as she could have easily said the order had been collected and therefore could not be cancelled so top marks for that.”
