“Very useful online info on woodworm and treatment. Helped me to understand the problem and how to get rid of it. What I ordered arrived midday the next day. Great customer service.”

“Can't really comment as I don't know if the products work yet. What I can say is the delivery time is great. The only concern I have is this membrane needs more plugs if the brickwork is uneven.”

“Researched damp course treatment online, and Permaguard got very good reviews for both application and results. Delivery the next day was a treat. Having a kit that includes a drill bit, cradle and application tube is a plus. All I've got to do is 'drill and fill' - hopefully this weekend.”

“The product is good, delivery 1 to 3 days happened but part order was delivered in 1 day great, but unfortunately the two rolls of waterproof membrane came on the third day. A bit frustrating.”

We’re sorry to hear that your order came in multiple deliveries. We have been advised that TNT misrouted the membranes causing your order to be split up. As they are much larger they unfortunately cannot be moved as quickly as the boxes with the rest of your order. We apologise for any inconvenience. The Permagard team

“Delivery was well within quoted time and the price was very reasonable. I had cause to phone their technical department on two occasions both times they were very helpful. Hope their product is as good as their service but only time will tell.”

“Product is good. Dries to a glass-like finish and hopefully solves our slight problem with damp. Excellent instructions for mixing and I made a couple of wooden spreaders. Loses one star because this resin goes off insanely quick. Beware unused resin left in the bag - strong exothermic reaction and gets very hot.”
