“The item that I ordered had not arrived on site for dispatch, so they rang to apologise and to offer an alternative which was more expensive which they would not charge extra for or I could wait. They thought that my item would arrive soon and would be dispatch on arrival, this I accepted and it was sent within a couple of days. I was very impressed with the way that my order was dealt with. Thank you”

“Ordered online which was very easy, website has good information on products supplied. Heli Crack stitching kit arrived quickly, some spillage of the grout (container not taped) hence 4 stars. Price was very good compared to Screwfix etc which is my usual go to. Ordered some Remmers Funcosil cream as well, for the bricks, but not used yet, waiting for dry weather and temp of +10 C !”
