“Made order online for 2 perma wash to be delivered. Some how the delivery turned into a click and collect. Phoned company to arrange delivery as it should have been, they charge me £10 for delivery of 2 very small bottle.”

“I'm a first time (amateur) user of this type of product, and was relieved to find that it is very straightforward to use.. So far so good. Advice from Permagard tech department was useful and delivery v prompt. All in all pretty chuffed really..”

“I have to say I phoned Permagard on a couple of occasions for some advice on damp issues in a lean to extension. They were absolutely spot on and made sure I was happy with the answers given and if they could be of any more help. I bought the Permagard Liquid DPM and although I have only just painted it on it seems to be a very good product. I would definitely use them again”

All packages did arrive within the 1–3 working day time frame that we work to, but we apologise for the inconvenience of you receiving multiple deliveries from one order. The Permagard team

“I spent many hours researching green roof products and it was clear that Permaguard products were industry leading. It’s also clear that they know their “stuff”. I spoke to one of the technical team and he was most helpful and knowledgeable. I have now received the products and they were well packaged and in perfect condition. I plane to install my roof in the next week and will update my review thereafter.”
