“Peter led the course brilliantly as always, discussing topics that were relevant to the subject and doing so in such as way which really promoted engagement and inclusion. I felt as though the homework set each week was also very relevant and the comments / feedback which Peter provided each week also helped incredibly. Overall, I feel as though I have a better understanding of HACCP and went into the exam feeling ready and confident.”

“Peter has been brilliant during the HACCP Level 4 course, it was well structured and all the information was relevant to the course. He has prepared us well for the exam, giving us examples in the sessions and homework which covers the information from the previous session. I would definitely recommend Percipio training to everyone”
