“One thing I learnt on HACCP Level 4 that helped with the test was how important it is to use real-life scenarios and detailed explanations when assessing hazards and justifying decisions, rather than giving short or generic answers. One thing I learnt on HACCP Level 4 was that CCP justifications should be clearly included within the hazard analysis, ensuring decisions are fully explained and supported rather than listed separately without rationale”

“The sessions were very interactive which helped hearing different ideas. The course improved my HACCP knowledge greatly. Most useful information for me was on hazards justification, validation and verification.”

“The course was incredibly detailed covering all aspects of the HACCP principles. The course went into sufficient detail on each topic with plenty of relevant examples and discussion time to aid in contextualising the steps. The only thing I would suggest is access to past papers to aid in the revision process.”

“Overall, I found the course very valuable. The group size of around 12 people was ideal, small enough to allow good interaction with the tutor, but large enough to benefit from hearing a range of experiences across the food industry. This made discussions more engaging and helped me compare different workplace practices and approaches to HACCP. Peter has been excellent throughout the course. He always makes time to answer questions and explains concepts clearly, which made the more complex topics much easier to understand and apply. Thank you!!”

“A great course, a good level of detail and lots of participation opportunities. The weekly sessions allowed for homework to be set and carried out and the integration of learning. Peter was very good at explaining and giving clear guidance and good feedback.”
