“As i am interested in the design element of kitchens, CPU's and catering spaces, the proofing and liner flow to reduce cross contamination was a great tool to support in my current role. However I would also like to point out, that whilst the whole food safety piece may seem like a "labyrinth" when you really break it down, there are a lot of similarities across the board, housekeeping, process, communication and culture”

“I have found the course very helpful, particularly in developing my understanding of the microbiology side of food safety, which I haven't previously studied in as much detail. It has been useful to build on my existing knowledge and understand the subject in more depth. I have also really enjoyed being part of a varied group of professionals from different industries, as it has been insightful to hear about their experiences and how food safety is applied in different working environments.”
