“conducting training online is difficult and not my preferred choice of training, however I found the feedback from the homework useful and also meeting people from different areas of the food industry and understanding their challenges”

“Sessions were broken down into small groups often which helps with discussing and benefiting from the experience of others on the course. Good to distinguish between validation and verification as this often gets confused.”

“Good content, delivery and balance between presentations, workgroups and independent learning within the course overall. The course books and supporting resources were well thought out, and provided lifelong advice and tools which can be applied to any business in future. Course leader (Peter), was very hands on, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the course, but did so while also remaining down to Earth. Very approachable and easy to engage with. Would recommend this course, as splitting across the weeks makes it more manageable, working around work and life.”
