“The most valuable thing I learned in the HACCP Level 4 course was how to develop, implement, and manage an effective HACCP system to ensure food safety. I gained a deeper understanding of hazard analysis, identifying critical control points (CCPs), setting critical limits, and monitoring procedures to prevent food safety risks. I also learned the importance of verifying and validating HACCP plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with food safety legislation and industry standards. The course improved my confidence in identifying potential hazards, carrying out risk assessments, and leading food safety practices within an organisation. Overall, this course has strengthened my knowledge of food safety management and given me the skills to help protect consumers by ensuring safe food production and continuous improvement of food safety systems.”
