“Peter led the course brilliantly as always, discussing topics that were relevant to the subject and doing so in such as way which really promoted engagement and inclusion. I felt as though the homework set each week was also very relevant and the comments / feedback which Peter provided each week also helped incredibly. Overall, I feel as though I have a better understanding of HACCP and went into the exam feeling ready and confident.”
