“Informative course a lot of knowledge to combine in 4 weeks. The homework I found helpful as it helped me not just recap the days learning but revise for the exam.”

“Really good and well organised course. Covered all topics required in timely manner. Good mix of theory based delivery and group activities to break up sessions. Sometimes session felt quick and was unable to take notes, potentially more time taken on more important topics and reduction of slides with information that is not overly required and more focused slides with information required.”

“Course was thorough and homework always marked in timely manner with detailed feedback. Also got to learn of how other sites encourage food safety culture and make food safety not just quality/technical responsibility but a site wide responsibility. Time just really seemed to fly. Quite enjoyable with Peter's teaching style.”
