“Enjoyed the course felt it very interesting and entertaining. Felt I learned a lot and what I have learned will be very helpful in my future career. I did feel the exam set up was quite complicated and left us feeling quite anxious about taking the exam.”

“Very knowledgeable tutor, I gained a lot of useful information -very informative and clearly delivered-opened my eyes to food safety culture. Gap analysis at the end was tough- very wordy but it was @ the end of the day.”
