“Had no doubts that tutor is very experienced and knowledgeable. he has some exercises that helped to understand subject. HACCP is not the easiest subject and some might find it boring, but not a single minute I felt as falling asleep.”

“It was a very engaging and informative couple of day for me. 2 days flew by. Very well organised and the materials /handouts/accessories provided will be really handy in my field of work. I loved the practical approach over the "go by the book" approach. Easy to relate and helps stuff stay in the head.”
