“The training is very useful for me, as I deliver some training courses on site. This training had helped me to understand how and why to train better with different approaches for different persons. Peter was very helpful in preparing all graduating work. Also was very helpful for him to give all the information with links required to make the power-point presentation. Peter is strict so I was motivated to deliver all what was required. I think in person training would have suited me more, cause this was first time I had it on-line, but now I am confident in taking training on-line.”

“Peter was a great tutor with plenty of examples and details knowledge and understanding of HACCP. He effectively set the teaching speed in line with the ability of the whole group making sure no one was left behind or a topic did not drag on. Plenty of resources provided and kept interested throughout the day. Well worth it.”

“Confirms with us that we understand before moving on to the next section. Really enjoyed the quiz - was a fun way to learn. A lot of information to take away with us including the nut-free setting while allowing customers to bring baby food and while having vending machines on site Gave us an idea on how to improve our policy”
