“excellent instruction and use of breakout groups and homework to compound training/knowledge. Excellent homework and in class feedback both personally and to the group. Didn't feel rushed or pressured to complete tasks set - appropriate time was provided and we were never rushed, and always time for discussion”

“i was very nervous before starting the course as it has been many years since I have attended a written exam , but the way the course is delivered is very basic and understandable, which hope that this will adapt in to the finial exam Ione thing i have learnt is i know more then i realised on food safety in general”

“excellent course. i have been in production for almost 20 years and management for over 10years, and i finally could put my practical to theory. It gave me a lot in depth and understanding not only of legislation, but also why it is important to comply with all Haccp principles and step by step analysis of each of them”

“Course was thorough and homework always marked in timely manner with detailed feedback. Also got to learn of how other sites encourage food safety culture and make food safety not just quality/technical responsibility but a site wide responsibility. Time just really seemed to fly. Quite enjoyable with Peter's teaching style.”
