“I bought a razor and I the description it stated it led you to belive it came with stand. When I got the razor it did not!. Filled out a feedback form and called the company. Turns out that they do have a stand for the colour razor I purchased. I was informed that someone would get back to regarding this issue but its been a month and nothing! Very disappointing.”

“Nothing wrong with the company, however the anti-static hairbrush is exactly the opposite. I've never had so much static in my hair by using this brush. Its alright as a brush, doesn't brush through hair as smoothly as my old plastic brush did, but eventually does the job, just unfortunately adds a load of static to my head too!”

“I ordered two bars of Vegan chocolate from Peace with the Wild that were to be gifts for friends over Easter. I didn't realise that the 35mg bars were so small and when they arrived which was reasonably quickly I was so disappointed with the size. I wouldn't embarrass myself by giving these meagre bars as a gift so I had to go and buy some more Vegan chocolate from elsewhere. The bars that I bought from PwtW will go to waste and at the price I was charged isn't really sustainable financially. Check the size is the message I would offer to anyone thinking of buying these products and there isn't a chance that I would consider recommending.”

“I'm sorry to have to leave a score of two stars because the site was easy to navigate and ordering was also easy. Delivery was fine too. What wasn't fine was the trouble I had trying to open the little tin that the seeds were in. I am nearly 70 and female so I do have problems sometimes but crikey that little tin had me beat. It was obviously a screw top tin but I spent a very long time trying to unscrew it. There was no way I could budge it. In the end I had to pierce the lid with a hammer and screwdriver and then use a sharp knife to saw and hack my way into it so that there was just about enough room to shake the little seed pellets out. As this was both difficult and dangerous to do I would not recommend these little tins to anyone out there, unless they're big strapping lads with muscle to spare. Such a shame as they seemed to be exactly what I wanted but I won't be ordering more.”

“I bought the deodorant and it came within a tube but there wasn't the possibility to push the deodorant stick upwards to use it. I haven't used it since and it was a redundant purchase.”

“Good company, fast delivery. But the Zao concealer is useless to me - it provides very little actual concealing cover. It's creamy, like a mild BB cream, but that defeats the purpose of a concealer. Not much in there either. It's a shame that many brands which are great for doing less nasty chemicals have yet to get their products performing well. Hopefully in time they will.”

“Delivery did not arrive for a week. No tracking details provided. After incessantly calling with noone picking up the phone I was informed to go to a depot by which time the product had been returned. Poor service & stressful experience”

“Everything so bad, sorry. Mascara is horrible, the liquid is coming out every time I use it, my fingers are all black.The mascara doesn’t add any volume or length to my lashes,useless. The chewing gum sticks to my teeth and palate. Serums are advertised as pure, they contain linalool and limonene, very bad ingredients for the skin. The lip balm is okay.”
