“I find the produce, shampoo, too heavy, it coats my hair in what feels like oil. The conditioner doesn't "lather" to enable it to spread onto my hair. I do both in my hands before applying.”

“I bought the shower melts hoping the description would help with that ‘bunged up’ feeling at this time of year. The initial evaporation was promising, and smelled really nice, but I don’t spend enough time in the shower for it to have fully dissolved. I thought on the second day it would be as ‘potent’, but it seemed to have lost all the aromas. I’ll use the rest of them, but sorry, didn’t deliver what I thought.”

“The shower scrub is far too small I would rather pay a little more to have something 3 times the size. Ecco dishwasher -- although I agree with less packaging the ecco dishwasher tablets seem damp and very crumbly. When I opened the box they created a mess.”

“Delivery and packaging was very good.. I am just not satisfied with the products. I won't be buying again.. I was disappointed the shampoo bar, and conditioner didn't work for me...left my hair feeling so heavy...so dirty... definitely not buying again.”

“Hi, I bought some of your laundry sheets as I thought they were a really good idea. Unfortunately, the first wash at 40 degrees left little white spots all over the clothes. On the second attempt I dissolved the sheet in hot water before putting it in the machine. THis left streaks of grey/white goo on the clothes. I was really disappointed as I want to use the product. Am I doing something wrong, or have other people commented on this problem? THanks”

“I loved the delivery, packaging, and extra goodies but the product itself was no good for us, we tried the coconut shampoo and just left our hair greasy,it's become very good shower wash! I tried sending a message on Instagram but no response as yet, I'd love to try a different one as perhaps we just chose the wrong shampoo.”

“The concept was fantastic. But the lipbarm caused me an allergic reaction and left me with skin blemish. SPF didn't work at all, and my skin burned. Sorry but not good. Disappointed.”

“I was disappointed with the stick deodorant. The smell was heavenly (Patchuli) but it was stuck to the cardboard tube and I was unable to move it. the face cream seemed very hard too. Joyce Outen”
