“My order was delivered on time, and I used the lemon freshener on my carpet, and the lavender on the mattresses. The lavender has a nice strong scent, and although you can smell the lemon, it's not that strong, and doesn't last, however, it won't stop me using it. I love that it's all natural and cruelty free.”

“The service was wonderful from PWTW, although I am not happy with one of the items I ordered, which is not your fault at all. This was the Natural Hair Wax from Bain and Savon. I have been looking for a petro-chemical free alternative for a while, and even made my own from shea butter, coconut oil and essential oils. I was disappointed that when my order arrived, that this wax had exactly the same problems as the one I'd made, namely, the shea butter dominates and smells like a farmyard! and it is solid at room temperature so you have to gouge out the amount you need, and then wait for it to melt. Also it was gritty and the bits took a while to melt. I don't want to spend time faffing with this in the morning, so I will be using the wax to light my fire instead! Please pass on these thoughts if you can in case they are useful to B&S. Thanks, Jane .”

“I like peace in the wild as I can get certain eco friendly items I cannot get elsewhere and it gets delivered to my home. I bought compostable dish sponges, bicarbonate of soda for cleaning, and coconut scoured all were excellent. I also bought hydrophil inter dental cleaners, which were ok”

“I’ve been buying from Peace With The Wild for years now. I get the hot cloth cleanser, dog poo bags, dog soap and many more things. Everything is always packed nicely and arrives quicker than stated. I like being able to help the environment and a small business.”

“Always good choice and prompt delivery, and I'm happy with 2 of my 3 purchases however on this occasion I'm giving 4/5 as my usual bin liners were out of stock and the alternative I purchased are not as strong. Still, better than using regular plastic bin liners!”

“Good quality make up, very visible and all packed up in paper. The only issue I am having is with eyeliner as it is spreading to my eyes (Lots of it) whenever I am trying to get rid of it with cotton swabs at the end of the day. I had my eyes sore for the last two days because of that. Apart from that, all other make up items I bought are great xx”

“Good eco products. Happy to support this project. Items may be a bit overpriced but guess that’s all about purchasing power of the big companies providing similar products. No different to what’s happened to Uk farmers having prices forced down and having to choose to go niche and attract a very specific market.”

“I love the ethos of this company and have enjoyed many of it's products. The one thing that bothers me is that no customer reviews are published on this website. I would really value those, particularly when buying "risky" products like makeup. Some of the items I have bought have been very good, while others were poor quality and went into the bin. This, of course, defeats the object of sustainability. I'm not inclined to take any more risks and will only purchase products I know will work for me.”
