“Ordering was easy and purchases arrived quickly. I like the way that the 4 toothbrushes I had ordered came in a cardboard tube - easy to take one out and close again. It was good to find an alternative plug-hole/drain cleaner to the strong chemical option I could buy locally.”

“Love how packaging came in non plastic, love the full layout and design. Only reason why I haven't given a 5 stars is there seems to still be plastic as part of the case surrounding the concealer and foundation. I'd love products that are completely no plastic.”

“Great service. The items arrived promptly and the packaging was all recyclable. I'm very pleased with the No Paper Towels. I'm elderly, arthritis means that it's increasingly hard to sit up straight to eat tidily. Soups especially are hard to eat without spilling. The No Paper Towels have been extremely handy, and they are bright and cheerful”

“Nothing wrong with the product, but had paid the extra as the image showed a black tin. (Was to go with other black desk accessories) However, turned out to be silver. No mention that the colour may change from what was advertised.”

“Fast delivery. Has a good range of natural and sustainable products. I like all of my purchases (jungle culture razors and dermaplaner) as they are well made, reusable and save me money in the long run. I like that jungle culture offer their products in a range of fun colours - I got mine in the iridescent multicolour.”

“I love many of the hair, make -up and cleaning products, they effective as well as reducing my plastic waste. I am delighted to see refill food cupboard supplies as well now. My only issue is that I can't select goods by comparing carbon footprint, there is not enough information to make informed choices based on country of origin or travel footprint. Otherwise great, keep up the good work!”
