“Very easy to order and reasonable prices. I bought a face cleaning cloth which is lovely and soft. The other item was a pan scrub which I haven't used yet but would recommend ordering from them again.”

“I've been using your products for a couple of years and like them a lot. As a matter of interest you might find it useful to know that my face cream liquified in the jar in the recent hot weather. Not sure if there's anything you can do about that!”

“I am a regular customer of PwtW, I love the products, they are largely long-lasting and good value. I have removed a lot of plastic from my life because of solid shampoo, toothpaste tabs, and kitchen products made from alternatives to plastic. Oh and now organic refill store -cupboard items! A tiny grip is I don't always no where the products are sourced from so can't always make decisions about carbon footprint. Other than this, please continue to provide your amazing products, thank you!”

“When i first purchased Mack drain unblocker I used it twice, and it didn't work. I was then contacted by the seller after giving a negative review with further advice on use of the product (pour warm water into plug hole before use and hot water after use), so I decided to try again and it worked really well. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the additional advice given should be with the product when first bought.”

“The products I've bought - laundry and dishwasher tablets all work well. The only worry I have is that there still appears to be a lot of chemicals in some of them and I don't know what impact this residue has on wildlife. It's great that these products are plastic free - love that 👍 and great that they work, but I would like to know what impact it has on wildlife and this is completely ignored (or avoided) on the website.”

“Ordering was easy and purchases arrived quickly. I like the way that the 4 toothbrushes I had ordered came in a cardboard tube - easy to take one out and close again. It was good to find an alternative plug-hole/drain cleaner to the strong chemical option I could buy locally.”
