“Happy with the packaging and the products but it's such a shame when I got the rubber dog bowl it didn't say what size so I assumed it would be average but it was quite small my dog is not that big but it's far to small for her so gave it as a gift”

“Firstly I thought you might like to know initially why I chose to buy from your website!! I was checking online to see what wash bars etc I could find,like most people websites that weren’t user friendly or good to use/irritating I quickly left. I discovered yours and found it easy to navigate, user friendly and with masses of wonderful sounding wash bars plus very useful information about each. Very reasonable postage for orders under £20 too..So we’re both pleased with our purchases, since then seen lots of other useful things I’ll be considering in the future. Thankyou”
