“Unfortunately these toothbrushes always seem to arrive with the bristles squashed even though they are cardboard boxes. I’ve been told to dampen them and they spring back into shape apparently but this doesn’t always work. These are the only bamboo toothbrushes I like though so I will persevere!”

“this was a gift so cannot comment personally but by all accounts, the recipient was delighted. the delivery was impressive, given the time of year and troubles with postage etc. your company is new to me but the ethics seem rather agreeable.”

“Purchased for a Christmas present so can’t comment yet they arrived in good time and taken a little look inside only thing I would alter is I prefer bath bombs to be packaged more natural without the plastic wrapper”

“Lovely fragrance on both rose and vanilla, and frankincense soy wax candles- but was a bit surprised at sizing! Im not good with knowing what sises are without a visual reference, and would have preferred bigger candles tbh.”

“Took a long time to come probably due to the post strike. Main prob was that you sent me 2 packs and charged me for 2. It may have been my mistake but I definitely did not have 2 order confirmations so only expected one pack. However, I have decided to keep both packs and hope that the seeds will last until next Christmas.”

“I'm using the shampoo bar and am finding it better than I imagined. The laundry sheets are fine although they are packed so tightly together they tear at times when I try to peal one off, not very pleased with that.”

“The products are lovely, but the packaging is not always as plastic-free as I'd like: I decided not to buy a certain product because the description said there was a plastic liner in the lid. When my order arrived, two of the products had plastic liners in the lids which had not been mentioned in the description!”
