“Good, fast service and all nicely packed. The shampoo bar was so strongly perfumed it tainted everything else and I find it too overpowering to use. Perhaps it will reduce in time. The floss didn't work for me - it breaks too easily.”

“A very good selection of products! I was not very impressed however with the Dishwasher Tablets. I don’t know whether it was the way the parcel was handled, but the box my goods came in contained a lot of powder from the tablets, as did the box containing the tablets. I’m not confident purchasing these again.”

“I'm very pleased with the Upcircle facial serum - coffee+rosehip. Love the fragrance of it, the feel of it on my skin, and impressed how my skin has improved. My skin feels softer and plumper, and fine lines have eased too. I've struggled to find a serum that suits my skin, doesn't cause my skin to dry out or have an allergic reaction to. I've found it at last! Thank you.”

“My order arrived efficiently and I thought the array of products was good. Overall I’m happy. However I have struggled with using some of the products, my peace with the wild Unscented body butter seems to be getting used up quite quickly and considering the price that makes me reluctant to buy again. However this could be user error on my side.”

“I've been using PWTW for many years now. The products and service they provide are always great. Had to dock one star for this recent delivery because my shipment arrived in packaging that I wasn't sure was recyclable. It wasn't plastic but it was a padded bag where the padding looked like shredded foam. Had to put it in general waste as I wasn't sure. Other than that, no complaints at all. Very pleased with this company and would recommend them.”

“Hard to say as yet I have not used the loose tea contained, how ever they look good and I am sure they will do the job well. These days I only use loose tea, most tea bags are not the same quality”
