“Love Peace with the Wild but the deodorant doesn’t do well in hot weather. It becomes liquid in the tin. Will try a different make next time.”

“Plastic free, nice smelling body wash that did not dry my skin, but I took off 1 star because I would have liked it to have been a bit more moisturising. I trust Peace with the Wild to sell eco friendly, good quality products. I have bought from them before and I will do again.”

“I’m pleased with most of my purchases, especially the nail varnish remover & reusable pads - excellent. The laundry eco egg is a bit of an experiment and I’m not yet convinced, but will stick with it for now. I haven’t yet tried the dishwasher tablets but was a bit disappointed with how they were packaged. The tablets are just loose in their box and were packed in a big box with my other order items, but with insufficient crumpled paper around them. This meant they rattled around in the big box in transit and covered everything in dishwasher powder - not great. The tablets need to be in a sealed paper bag inside their box I think, because they are rather crumbly. Other than that, I’m pleased and will shop with Peace With the Wild again.”

“I think your company aims are commendable. I haven't tried the deodorant or the lip balm yet so I can't really comment on them but they look lovely. The only item I was disappointed with was the notebook. £11 is way too high a price for it. I wish your company well.”

“I bought one of your shaving soaps and I'm very impressed with it, will definitely look to buy it again. I really like the idea of being as ‘eco-friendly’ as possible but I do have a little observation; before mentioning it, I do realise that it’s difficult for companies at this time. The soap came in a couple of cardboard boxes; great, they’ve gone in the recycling. There was a small card with it, which will also be recycled. On the card it thanks me for going ‘plastic free’ with you, however, the soap itself was in a plastic wrapper. You may feel I’m being picky but that goes against ‘plastic free’. Is there an alternative that can be used? Or will this increase costs significantly? Thanks very much and if you’re able to reply through this facility, I’d be interested in your observations. They come wrapped in a 100% compostable & biodegradable cellulose film that breaks down in compost or landfill. Only some soaps are packaged like this and it's ensure your soap stays as fresh as possible on its journey to you, however please rest assured that this soap was free of plastic. “I ordered some natural beeswax for my hair but I don't think it's particularly effective as I have thinning curly hair, and as a mixed-race guy, I think I need something a bit 'stronger'. So I've knocked off one star for that but otherwise an excellent website/service all around!”

“Great company and great service but only gave 4 stars because the bamboo pegs were poor quality and won’t last long. Also, when I ordered them I didn’t realise they were made in China or wouldn’t have chosen them. All other products I’ve purchased have been excellent.”

“First time ordering with PWTW and I'm happy with it. Ordering was easy and delivery was quite fast. The box arrived damaged but the products were fine. So far, I've only tried the Biodegradable Kitchen Sponges but they seem pretty good!”
