“I bought bamboo charcoal to filter my tap water. It neutralises the pronounced chlorine taste that my water usually has. I can get it on subscription so I never run out. My only complaint was with the delivery. It was just a little cardboard box which could have got very wet in rain yet it was left on a concrete path when there was an easily accessible cupboard in the wall of my house, which I had mentioned in delivery instructions.”

“All arrived safely despite it being washing powder in paper bags. Appreciate the lack of plastic! I have yet to use the contents but the packaging, communication and speed of service was impressive. Look forward to ordering again.”

“Plastic free, nice smelling body wash that did not dry my skin, but I took off 1 star because I would have liked it to have been a bit more moisturising. I trust Peace with the Wild to sell eco friendly, good quality products. I have bought from them before and I will do again.”

“I’m pleased with most of my purchases, especially the nail varnish remover & reusable pads - excellent. The laundry eco egg is a bit of an experiment and I’m not yet convinced, but will stick with it for now. I haven’t yet tried the dishwasher tablets but was a bit disappointed with how they were packaged. The tablets are just loose in their box and were packed in a big box with my other order items, but with insufficient crumpled paper around them. This meant they rattled around in the big box in transit and covered everything in dishwasher powder - not great. The tablets need to be in a sealed paper bag inside their box I think, because they are rather crumbly. Other than that, I’m pleased and will shop with Peace With the Wild again.”

“I think your company aims are commendable. I haven't tried the deodorant or the lip balm yet so I can't really comment on them but they look lovely. The only item I was disappointed with was the notebook. £11 is way too high a price for it. I wish your company well.”

“I bought one of your shaving soaps and I'm very impressed with it, will definitely look to buy it again. I really like the idea of being as ‘eco-friendly’ as possible but I do have a little observation; before mentioning it, I do realise that it’s difficult for companies at this time. The soap came in a couple of cardboard boxes; great, they’ve gone in the recycling. There was a small card with it, which will also be recycled. On the card it thanks me for going ‘plastic free’ with you, however, the soap itself was in a plastic wrapper. You may feel I’m being picky but that goes against ‘plastic free’. Is there an alternative that can be used? Or will this increase costs significantly? Thanks very much and if you’re able to reply through this facility, I’d be interested in your observations. They come wrapped in a 100% compostable & biodegradable cellulose film that breaks down in compost or landfill. Only some soaps are packaged like this and it's ensure your soap stays as fresh as possible on its journey to you, however please rest assured that this soap was free of plastic.
