“Good service and arrived promptly, however the liquid shower wash is very runny and doesn't foam well, consequently didn't last very long for the amount it cost, other products are better but sometimes are much smaller than they appear on pictures - it's difficult to visualise a product by weight. I will continue to shop here but also look around for comparing prices etc.”

“I purchased a toothbrush from PWTW. The handle is made of wood, and the bristles from another recyclable material. The engraved PWTW logo starts to fade,but that is not important. Chose this as I am concerned about microplastics in the sea. Had a choice of bristle colour. Delivery was promt.”

“I do like the body butter overall. It's a bit oilier and heavier than I'm used to so it's taking some getting used to. However, I like the purity of it and it does make for nice skin.”

“Love the laundry sheets just as good as any detergent. Not only are safer for the environment but also easier to use. Heavy boxes and bottles are too much for me to lift as I am over 80.”

“Good company, fast delivery. But the Zao concealer is useless to me - it provides very little actual concealing cover. It's creamy, like a mild BB cream, but that defeats the purpose of a concealer. Not much in there either. It's a shame that many brands which are great for doing less nasty chemicals have yet to get their products performing well. Hopefully in time they will.”

“I order tooth picks from you because the chemists around me only stock plastic tooth picks, and I am trying to minimise my use of plastic. However I was disappointed that the small pack of tooth picks that I ordered from you arrived in the post in a large box which meant I had to be in to receive it (luckily I was) and causes waste from the cardboard packaging used.”
