“Excellent customer service when i phoned, but the subscription service needs work. There is barely any notice when subscription due so unable to make any changes in time before it seems to be being processed. However, i phoned and it was resolved but this has happened both times now and is pretty irritating.”

“Purchased galvanised steel pot scourers. They are not fit for purpose. If galvanized they should not rust, they do after only 3 days. Leaving brown, very difficult to remove stains in my kitchen sink. I have discarded the remainder. Now have purchased a stainless steel replacement. Should you not test the products you sell, as a result you have lost a customer.”

“I love my three toilet brushes and metal buckets! So simple and (I can’t believe I’m saying this) beautiful!!!
