Over the last year, we have built a large community of eco-enthusiasts who have been loving the products these small independent brands have been producing. “I have only ordered twice from this shop but both times quick delivery, nicely wrapped. Love the way they wrap the soaps, you can smell them through the paper. Only recently found out that this shop is not to far from me, so will definately take a trip there.”

“Hadn’t received my order after more than 2 weeks so I contacted asking for a tracking number and was ignored. I’m conscious of the Royal Mail strikes so I’d at least like to be able to track the progress of the delivery to make sure it isn’t lost. Not sure what to do now as customer service is clearly not responsive.”

“Lovely fragrance on both rose and vanilla, and frankincense soy wax candles- but was a bit surprised at sizing! Im not good with knowing what sises are without a visual reference, and would have preferred bigger candles tbh.”

“I was very pleased to find your company online as I seldom shop in stores any more. I particularly like your no plastic approach. However, I have been a bit put off by the flurry of emails I've received since buying one small product. I am trying to unsubscribe. Also, I cannot rate the product since I have not used it yet. It was bought it in anticipation of my current blusher running out soon.”

“The delivery was more or less on time allowing for the Postal strike. It was packaged well. I loved the tin the soaps came in and I'm sure the person I bought them for will want more.”
