“Pleased with the website layout and UI, everything is easy to find and the product descriptions include information an eco-conscious consumer cares about. Pleased with the products I ordered, too. I subscribed to the newsletters and while they were engaging, I found them too frequent so I unsubscribed again - one or max two newsletter is fine, also, the follow up newsletter after browsing some products were getting a bit repetitive after a while. Some educational newsletters (which I’m sure have been sent out in the past) that raise awareness about eco-friendly materials, difference between compostable vs biodegradable etc would be cool as well, or else make sure this info is included in product description. I have read that one product specifically, the compostable cling film, is not easy to compost at home, especially not in colder regions like the UK. That means that consumers who attempted to compost their cling film at home still had pieces of the product in their soil way past the suggested 6 months - so compostable cling film might be referring to industrial composting practices? Either way would be good to clarify. I did not buy this product upon reading that.”
