Hello Luca, I am sorry to hear read this review, after looking into this transaction I can see this has now been delivered. Looking at the tracking it's showing this was held up at customs for a while. “Most of the clothing items were good quality but one hoodie had slight stains on it wasn't happy don't know if I would buy from them again their clothing isn't cheap after all”

“Bought some shorts - size 34 because that's my waist line, has been for at least 15 years. Size 34 turned out to be massive. When has the size of an inch changed? Had to return at a cost of £10 non refundable. Exchanged for size 32 and still plenty of room around the waist - yeah right I wish I did have a 31 inch waist.”

“Unfortunately my first order with them still hadnt arrived after more than a week. Contacted them and few days later they advised couldnt be found. Refund was issued.”

“Until now I've had perfect service from PH but placing a order on a Saturday expecting delivery by the following Friday proves difficult now I realise that Royalmail have lost my shipment but the communication from PH is my complaint 48hrs I was told on the Wednesday for PH & Royal mail to conduct an investigation I send a email at 15.09 on the Friday and still no response from PH so I go into the weekend out of pocket and still none the wiser as to when I'm expected to receive my delivery!!”

“I havew only rated ir 4* because despite going to the trouble of using your size guide and opting for a 3xl loose fit size for the gilet, I couldn't do up the zip because the item was too small. I have given it away because I can't be bothered to return it. Ken Brickell”

“Returned faulty jacket that I purchased in 2020 jacket which was rarely worn and not my day to day jacket, It took weeks to process the return and had to chase up on a few occasions to get updates, got a replacement FOC which I am grateful for however I am adamant the seam was faulty and tore very easily when it shouldn’t have.”

Hello Garry, Thanks for your time, I have taken a look into this and i can see the original order was from 2020, Given the time that has passed the returns team shouldn't of processed this replacement at all given its now 2023. However, after speaking to them I can see they offered a replacement free of charge as we had something similar and you are a good loyal customer, as a gesture of good will. Our system will not allow a refund for a item that is over 6 months old this will be why a partial refund was not offered due to the time that had passed.
