“Ordered a 3xl hoodie as I usually do it came smaller than usual 3xl hoodies maybe I should of ordered a 4xl”

“The sizes of there t-shirts are totally all wrong, I ordered a xl but couldn't even get it over my head when normally an xl would fit,so what a massive size problem you have, im now sending it back to re order a 3x xl. Not haply”

“Order was placed 7 days ago and have still not received the package. Tracking info is limited and just says the item has been dispatched. Also the sizing of your clothes does not reflect the normal man in the street. You clothes are way to small for what size they say they are so people have to order larger sizes. At the moment I’m not impressed.”

“Bought 2 jackets from yourselves on Monday night with next day delivery,so should have been with me on Wednesday,these were presents for family members it is now Xmas day and they have still not been delivered,be lucky if there here for newyear The problem wasn't with ph it was DPD that caused the delay”

“I didn't recieve my package. It is ordered 10 days ago and still says in the royal mail that they are expecting it. So i don't know what is going on and i am waiting for some info.”

“Have had nice products previously. This order is still not dispatched 10 days after order was made. Tracking says item not yet received by delivery company. Absolutely no idea when I'm likely to receive the products.. I can't review the actual items. Look nice but still waiting.... maybe worst delivery experience I've had unfortunately. ☹️”
