With our focus on quality rather than trends and fads, we want to build kit to survive the things we do, from misbehaving down the pub to following our colours around the country.

“Awful .. delivery and communication was shocking .. had my 120 quid for ten days or so until I eventually emailed and asked for a credit .. the email answer was something like .. Order despatched but yet to update .. Oh really .. thanks for nothing .. Will not use again .. decent product let down by poor stock and service levels ..”

“Very poor service. Order not received. Several emails sent to query the whereabouts and although they stated that they respond to emails within 2 hours during normal office working day, several emails were just ignored and left unanswered. Eventually offered to resend the order only for some items to be 'out of stock' ...only when the order was cancelled and refund requested did they act within the stated 2 hours. Wouldn't use again.”

“Bought a gillet early December in XXL, no where fit me so ordered a XXXL arrived after I chased it up I would say it exactly the same fit as XXL, again sent it back asked for a XXXXK (4 xl) crazy, just about fits the response was “it’s Christmas” I’m XL in there T’s and Polo’s, no gone to pot sizing all over the place, customer service not the best, plus to recorded deliveries postage out of my pocket because there sizing for? Snow Whites mates! Not happy and won’t be buying anything again off these”
