“Returned faulty jacket that I purchased in 2020 jacket which was rarely worn and not my day to day jacket, It took weeks to process the return and had to chase up on a few occasions to get updates, got a replacement FOC which I am grateful for however I am adamant the seam was faulty and tore very easily when it shouldn’t have.”

Hello Garry, Thanks for your time, I have taken a look into this and i can see the original order was from 2020, Given the time that has passed the returns team shouldn't of processed this replacement at all given its now 2023. However, after speaking to them I can see they offered a replacement free of charge as we had something similar and you are a good loyal customer, as a gesture of good will. Our system will not allow a refund for a item that is over 6 months old this will be why a partial refund was not offered due to the time that had passed. “Order was placed 7 days ago and have still not received the package. Tracking info is limited and just says the item has been dispatched. Also the sizing of your clothes does not reflect the normal man in the street. You clothes are way to small for what size they say they are so people have to order larger sizes. At the moment I’m not impressed.”
